Case Study - Delicatessen?

Shopjacket's first installation transformed this rundown shop in Whitley Bay into an inspirational delicatessen by way of a Shopjacket.

The process began after we were approached by the local authority about a highstreet unit that was a real blight on an area that had seen a steady decline.

One of our team measured up and took photographs for reference, with this infomation we were able to quickly produce a mock up and supply a quote. In this case we also suggested a repaint of areas of the frontage. The client was happy with the price, and we started the production and fitting process.

A few days later the Shopjacket was ready to be installed. We'd arranged for the painting work to be carried out, and cleaned and prepared the shopfront ready to accept the finished panels.

The panels were fitted, and in less than a week from first contact an eyesore had been transformed in to a unit that was stopping the public in the street.

Feedback from neighbouring businesses was overwhelmingly positive, especially the business owner opposite who not only expressed her pleasure that her outlook had improved, but said that it had made her think about the design of her own shop! Shopjacket is a great way to raise design awareness.
